Terms of sale
For digital downloads bought on gigantua.net. Effective 27 October 2026.
1. Seller
Daniel Infuehr, trading as Gigantua, Kaposigasse 60, 1220 Wien, Austria, support@gigantua.net ("we"). Full details in the AboutImpressum.
2. What you buy
A licence to download and play the game named on its page (for example "Seven Worlds: Neon Odyssey") as digital content: the program for Windows, Linux and macOS (each as an archive), as far as the game page lists it as available. One purchase covers every platform. The game page describes the content and the system requirements. There is no physical product and no subscription.
3. Contract and payment
- The game page is an invitation to buy. You make your offer when you confirm the payment in the PayPal window. The contract is concluded when PayPal confirms the payment to us and we show you your download code.
- All prices are final prices in euro and include the statutory value-added tax. There are no shipping costs.
- Payment is made through PayPal (PayPal account or card via PayPal). PayPal's terms apply to the payment.
- The contract language is English. We do not store the text of the contract for you; these terms stay available on this page, and the redeem page lets you save your order confirmation.
4. Delivery
Right after payment you receive a download code and the download. With the code you can get a fresh download link on the redeem page as often as you need for 30 days from the day of purchase. Please keep your own copy of the downloaded file. If you lose the code, write to us with your PayPal transaction ID.
5. Licence
You may install and play the game on computers you own or control, for your own private use. You may not sell, rent, share or publish the game, the download link or the code. All rights in the game remain with Daniel Infuehr. The game includes third-party components under their own licences, listed in the file THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt in the download.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you normally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days without giving any reason (§ 11 FAGG). For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends as soon as delivery begins, if you have expressly agreed that we start delivery before the withdrawal period ends, have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have confirmed this to you (§ 18 Abs 1 Z 11 FAGG).
On the game page you give this agreement and acknowledgement by ticking the required box before paying. We start delivery straight after payment by showing your download code and link, and we confirm your agreement in the order confirmation on the redeem page (which you can save or print), and in the order description that PayPal shows you. From that moment you have no right of withdrawal.
If, despite this, a right of withdrawal applies to you (for example because the confirmation is missing), you can withdraw within 14 days of the contract by a clear statement to the address above, for example with the form below. We will then refund the payment within 14 days through PayPal, and you must stop using the game and delete it.

7. Warranty
The statutory warranty for digital content applies (Verbrauchergewährleistungsgesetz, VGG). If the game does not work as described on a system that meets the requirements, write to us: we will fix the problem or, if we cannot, refund you. We supply updates needed to keep the game in line with the contract for as long as the VGG requires; you are not obliged to install them.
8. Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. For slight negligence we are not liable, except towards consumers where the law does not allow such an exclusion. Mandatory consumer protection rules are not affected.
8a. In-game purchases
The game offers optional GOLD PLATES (consumable in-game items) in its shop. They are bought inside the game through PayPal in your browser, at the price the shop shows (including VAT), and delivered into the game as soon as PayPal confirms the payment. For this digital content the right of withdrawal likewise ends once it is delivered. Everything in the game can be earned without them.
9. Later redemption on other stores
We may later offer to exchange a valid code for a key of the same game on another store (for example Steam). That would be an extra offer, not part of this contract, and we will describe it here when it exists.
10. Law and disputes
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Consumers can bring proceedings in their home courts or in Vienna.
